Co-Founder & CEO
Dr. Daniel Slep serves as chief executive officer for ChemCubed. Dan's background includes leading manufacturing, research, and product development. In these positions, Dan has worked with multiple companies from startups to Fortune 500s. Dan has served on multiple External Advisory Boards such as Rutgers Leading Disruptive Innovation and for Chemical Engineering at Stony Brook University. He lectures about topics such as Additive Manufacturing, Polymer Engineering, and Nanotechnology. Dan's education includes a bachelor's degree in physics, as well as a master's degree and Doctor of Philosophy in material sciences. During his more than three decades in the printing Industry, Dan has published industry-related articles and scientific papers and is the inventor of multiple patents.
Product Manager
Nick Bonura received his Master’s degree in chemistry from Stony Brook University. His previous research experience includes approximately 2 years at Brookhaven National Laboratory where he studied charge transfer equilibria for photovoltaic applications. He is currently positioned at ChemCubed as the product manager for the ElectroJet division.
Business Development Manager
Bill Shuford joined ChemCubed in March of 2021. He brings vast experience in the fields of textiles, medical device manufacturing, coated paper, and digital printing. Bill’s background includes working with small and large private companies to Fortune 500 entities in Process Engineering, Business Management, and Sales roles. Bill earned his B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University and he also holds an MPA with an emphasis in Healthcare from Troy University. Bill looks forward to his role at ChemCubed where he will help customers find solutions using additive manufacturing technologies.
Research Scientist
Sayantani Sikder is currently a PhD Candidate in Chemical and Materials Engineering with expertise in heterogeneous catalysis, reaction mechanisms, surface modification, catalyst synthesis, and experimental techniques at Stony Brook University. Her involvement in science communities at Stony Brook University and years of research experience makes her a perfect fit for ChemCubed.
Board Member Advisor
Chris Booher holds a BBA in marketing with over 25 years of business experience in the packaging and materials industry and is committed to growing ChemCubed’s leading technologies position in the 3D printing materials market. He has worked with multiple companies from privately owned expansions to Fortune 500s headquartered in the USA and Europe. His experience ranges from full P&L general management, sales, and business development for application-specific technologies in paper, films, adhesives, specialty coatings, and printing inks. Chris is focused on partnering with customers to fully embrace target-driven solutions tailored to each company’s unique end-use applications and needs.
