We stand at the forefront of groundbreaking research, development, and manufacturing in the nano-composite materials field, specifically tailored for additive manufacturing.
Our commitment to excellence is underscored by our focus on end-use applications, pushing the boundaries of physical, mechanical, conductive, and insulative properties.
Additive manufacturing continues to revolutionize key market segments including electronics, aerospace, automotive, military, medical, and security ushering in unparalleled levels of customization, efficiency, and performance.
At ChemCubed, we recognize the universal presence of printed circuit boards (PCBs) in today's world, yet we acknowledge the limitations imposed by the reliance on 20th-century manufacturing techniques. Our commitment to innovation drives us to address the challenges faced in the production process, particularly in Additive Manufacturing Electronics (AME).
Currently, the materials available for AME are primarily suited for design, development, and prototyping, lacking the comprehensive capability required for end-to-end system integration. We understand the potential for scaling production using proven materials and printing technologies, coupled with compatible component surface mount technologies.
The widespread adoption of these technologies is needed by the presence of fully available and compatible end-to-end manufacturing systems, encompassing component mounting capabilities such as Surface Mount Technology (SMT).
To resolve this issue, we advocate for a system upgrade that integrates semi-automated printing, material, process compatibility testing, and validated equipment. By offering a comprehensive manufacturing solution that synergizes all these elements, we aim to overcome existing limitations and catalyze the widespread adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies.
Since 2021, ChemCubed has been a member of NextFlex, and by 2022, we expanded our affiliation to include IPC, SME, and Semi. The Advanced Energy Research and Technology Center (AERTC) at Stony Brook University serves as the hub for our additive manufacturing solutions and the LIMEP has provided excellent support. These memberships have been instrumental in fostering the development of innovative manufacturing solutions across diverse sectors, ranging from aerospace and military to electronics and automotive industries. ChemCubed takes pride in its association with esteemed and collaborative organizations, and we are committed to furthering our network of clients and partners as we continue to innovate and grow.
Our research laboratory, strategically located at the Advanced Energy Center associated with Stony Brook University, aligns with a world-renowned institution at the forefront of materials research. This partnership positions ChemCubed to continually push the boundaries of what is achievable in the Additive Manufacturing landscape.
